The Ottawa Kennel Club, established in 1887, is the oldest and still active Dog Club in Canada.
We welcome you to renew your OKC Membership for 2019. Thanks to the hard work of your Executive and
Volunteers and your participation in our events, we are pleased to announce that our membership fees
will not be increased and will remain the same as in 2018.
Our 2019 Membership application is linked below for your review, to complete, sign and send in with your
appropriate payment to the address provided on the application form. As in previous years we are
providing two options for Membership: Single or Family. For the first year of Membership, new Members
are classed as an Associate Member. Each year thereafter upon payment of membership, and if in good
standing, will be classed as Ordinary Membership. We also have Honourary and Life Membership.

and Bylaws. Again this year as an incentive to spread the word about the OKC and hopefully increase
membership, we are offering our existing members, who sell/give a puppy or dog to an individual over the
age of 18 years or a family with an OKC Associate Membership for one year. All you need to do is
provide them with the attached application to complete and mail to us.
There is no charge to our existing member to sponsor this new member. As per our By-Laws all new memberships are classed as an
Associate Membership for the first year of membership.

Fees:
Single: $30.00 or
Family: $35.00 (immediate family in the same residence)
Member Sponsored: no charge. Sponsored Member's name will need to be provided

E) Free listing of your breed/breeder site in our Breeders Directory (Ordinary and Life Members
only)
F) Opportunity to attend all our members' meetings to hear Keynote Speakers (subject
experts on dog related items)
G) Discount offered by our advertisers to members only
H) Membership available to (18+) individuals/families only
I) Access to Members ONLY section of our new website
